1 X 1 COACHING

Transform your relationship with alcohol through personalized, science-based support

12 weekly 1 x 1 coaching sessions utilizing Affective Liminal Psychology blending neuroscience and psychology, exploring your beliefs about alcohol. Each session will include takeaways for you to work on and a forum to discuss in between the weekly sessions. All coaching sessions are via Zoom.

We will uncover the subconscious beliefs that fuel your drinking habits, get curious with those beliefs, and replace them with beliefs that better serve you. You will have the tools to evaluate your relationship with alcohol where you decide if you want to moderate or stop completely.

My Approach

Every coaching journey is different — and your support should be, too.

Here's how I work with clients to create change that feels personal, intentional, and sustainable.

Unique Methodology

My work focuses on exploring the subconscious, including beliefs and societal conditioning around alcohol, and then dismantling those beliefs. I use Affective Liminal Psychology (ALP) to reframe thinking about alcohol, eliminating the desire to drink. All of this is done without labels or judgment, but with compassion and understanding.

Compassionate Relationships

I believe transformation happens in relationships — not in isolation. Whether you're working toward changing your relationship with alcohol, our work togehter will be rooted in hope, compassion, and curiosity. You will have a trusted support system, helping you rediscover the power you know you possess.
